Since 1969, Rendola Riding has been a reference point in Tuscany for those who love to ride horses, whether they want to learn from scratch or are looking for the thrill of exploring the Tuscan countryside in the saddle.
We are affiliated with ENGEA and teach according to the principles of classical Italian riding, inspired by Federico Caprilli.
In our riding school nestled in the olive trees, you can get a gradual, safe and enjoyable start. Lessons are taught by Eraldo Tuveri, a BHS-certified instructor with more than 25 years of experience who specializes in mentoring those who are new to riding or a little fearful.
✓ Individual or small group lessons
✓ Well-trained and docile horses
✓ Gentle and respectful approach
✓ More advanced trails with flat work and small obstacles for those with experience
We organize quiet rides in the surrounding area for those just starting to ride, always with qualified guides. The routes, short and scenic, pass through olive groves, vineyards and woods, offering a first taste of the equestrian world in the Tuscan setting.
We also offer the opportunity to learn how to take care of your horse: cleaning him, saddling him and creating a direct bond. It is not just horseback riding, but a more complete and authentic experience.
For those who have been riding horses for at least a year and are in good physical shape, we organize horseback riding trips of 3-6 days through the Chianti Classico region between Florence and Siena in spring and fall.
✓ Small groups (maximum 8 participants)
✓ Expert guides and carefully chosen routes
✓ Visits to churches, castles, historic villages
✓ Picnics in the meadows and dinners in local farmhouses or albergues
